I wanted to thank you and your team for the outstanding service throughout the process. From the initial discussions through to the installation today, everything was handled in a professional and organised manner. The installation crew were punctual, courteous and clearly took pride in their work. We particularly appreciated the care they took with the cleanliness of the site, leaving everything tidy when they finished. It was also great to see the respect they showed for our home and our animals while they were on the property. Those small details make a real difference and certainly didn’t go unnoticed. The whole process from initial call to your team, through the consultation phase, install, independent sign off by the governing body - as well as all of the behind the scenes work done by the admin and scheduling teams made this process much easier than I expected. The customised system provided will meet all of our needs well into the future. You took care of all the paperwork both to ensure we got the solar rebate, and with our electricity company to set us up with them as solar compliant. After attending an energy seminar, which Solahart Eastern Ranges was involved in, we decided that it was time to upgrade our solar system with battery energy storage and a heat pump hot water service. Cameron contacted us soon after our inquiry was sent and organised a meeting to discuss options. At the meeting Cameron explained the various alternatives, pros and cons, along with the various Government incentives and the final cost to us in simple terms that we were able to understand. It took about 6 weeks before installation, and the techs Darcy and Ryan were very competent and very polite, pleasant and patient explaining the various steps at multiple times during the 6 hour installation period. We got lucky and only had to wait a week for the final inspection before everything was officially turned on. At this stage the battery was not charging so I phoned Cameron who walked me through the issue (was my mistake). Everyone from Solahart Eastern Ranges before, during and after installation has been very accomodating and we have no problem recommending them highly.

We had our solar system installed by Solarhart 5 years ago and it’s still performing just as well as the day it was installed. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Mark and his team were incredibly thorough in explaining what would work best for our property and tailored the system to suit our needs. We’ve really appreciated the regular check ins over the years. It’s reassuring to know they stand by their work long after installation. Friendly, reliable and highly professional.
