Excellent service from start to finish! We had our solar and battery system installed a few months ago, and today we had an EV DC charger installed as well. The team has been friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Everything went smoothly with no issues, and we’re very happy with the quality of work and customer service. Eric and the team at Ultimate Solar Energy were the utmost professionals in their installation. Eric will give candid, honest feedback on what you need without trying to upsell which is extremely refreshing in this space. The team they use to install are in house rather than sub contractors so there is experience in performing a tidy, professional and, most importantly, compliant job. The solar battery installed is working extremely well. Couldn't rate these guys any better!
The installers were very efficient and friendly. They arrived on time and left parking in the driveway for the other car. They did a much neater job than the solar panels installers even removing some of the original conduits and re-routing the cables bin side the exterior brick wall. I would thoroughly recommend the team!
