A Fantastic Experience with Total Solar Solutions We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Total Solar Solutions on the installation of our 36kW Sigenergy battery system and 400L Reclaim electric hot water system. From the very beginning, the team was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Daniel Huppert, who guided us through the entire process. Daniel took the time to explain our options, provided excellent expert advice and was always available to answer our questions. His support didn’t stop once the installation was completed either — his after-installation assistance and willingness to help made the whole experience even better. We’d also like to give a big thank you to the installers, Tom and Mitch, who did a fantastic job. They were professional, respectful, hardworking and clearly took pride in their work. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and they left everything neat and tidy. What really stood out to us was that the whole team genuinely cared about getting the job right. There was excellent communication throughout, no pressure, and we always felt we were dealing with people who knew their stuff and had our best interests in mind.

I can’t recommend Total Solar Solutions highly enough. They are responsive, excellent communications, and professional in every aspect of the engagement to replace our 15yo old 2Kw system with a 5Kw system with Battery. The options provided to us were detailed and clear. The rebates available were clearly explained and the install done by a ream of courteous and respectful guys who acted professionally in every way and completed in half a day. The System components are quality and the app provides us with all the information we require. I have already referred them to my family to seriously consider installation.

**Exceptional service from start to finish!** We recently engaged Total Solar Solutions for the installation of our new solar system and Tesla battery, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, Reece was an absolute pleasure to deal with. As our main point of contact, he orchestrated the entire project flawlessly. He was always incredibly responsive, remarkably knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure we were fully informed at every step of the journey. The service team and the installation team that came out to the house were equally brilliant. They were punctual, exceptionally professional, and worked with impressive efficiency. Beyond their technical expertise, they were genuinely a friendly and polite group of chaps who treated our property with the utmost respect, leaving the site completely spotless once the job was done. If you are looking for a reliable, top-tier team for your solar and battery needs, look no further than Reece and the fantastic crew at Total Solar Solutions. A very well-deserved five stars!

In July I a 12kW solar system with a 24kWh Sigenergy battery installed by Total Solar Solutions and I’m stoked with the result. The installers Matt, Mitch, Tom, Luke, Jayden and Riley were awesome — super professional, took real care with the setup, and left everything neat and tidy. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work. I got them back a month later to replace my old gas hot water heater, and the reclaim system they recommended has worked flawlessly. I have to shout out David their plumber for his attention to detail and sublime work. The battery system’s running perfectly and the battery has already made a big difference to how much of our own power we use. Some days I don’t buy power from the grid at all. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking at solar panels hot water and battery storage!
