When confronted with an inoperative solar inverter, I resolved to get it fixed or replaced. A Google search brought up The Solar Repair Man whom I contacted via their website and within 24 hours, their technician Sheldon arrived. A thorough inspection confirmed the diagnosis of a broken inverter whilst also confirming that the actual solder panels were still working. Sheldon was able to replace the inverter with a new Solis unit, install it and assist me to download and setup the SolisCloud app which provides all manner of useful live data and stats. The entire operation took just over an hour. Sheldon was friendly, informative and efficient and the entire process was achieved quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Accordingly, I would unhesitatingly recommend The Solar Repair Man to anyone with solar system issues.

Four of our solar panels were damaged and after our original installer said they couldn't find replacement panels, we contacted The Solar Repair Man. They were wonderful! They took the time to track down good quality secondhand panels and installed them quickly so our system was back up and running. The office staff were terrific too! Terrific service. Very quick appointment, friendly staff, turned up on time, communicated well. We were worried about our elderly mother's system and The Solar Repairman quickly diagnosed the issues (a fire risk) and conducted repairs to make the system safe on the spot. Excellent company with prompt service, initial check-over by Sheldon, confirmed system ok but smashed panel, prompt quote/replacement & took the trouble explaining panel problem & clearing branch overhang, easy card machine payment at the time, switchboard ladies terrific. They were very good at explaining things and upfront charges. They rectified the problem and got the system working again. They inspected the entire system, without trying to charge more than needed.
