Colin has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial installation right through to managing all aspects of the solar setup. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions and provide support. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to his assistance. Highly recommend Colin and the team!
I just had a 30kWh battery installed buy Sun Solar. The service from Oliver and the team has been fantastic. Oliver kept me up to date with everything and was clear with the process. The he 2 guys that came out to install were really friendly and did a neat job. They run the wires in the internal wall and therefore no conduit on the outside side. They cleaned up after themselves and were a please to deal with. Cheers Luke
SunSolar offers competitive pricing and is open to accommodating customer requests. There was a minor issue during delivery, but it was addressed promptly and resolved satisfactorily. Overall, a positive experience with good service and responsiveness.
I strongly advise others to avoid Sun Solar Energy at all costs. And Please save yourself from these bunch of scammers. They just look after you till They get paid and then you have to wait for months to install the battery promise after promise excuse after excuse. And finally after months of chasing them. They installed the battery and destroyed all the solar system since the installation day the solar stopped generating electricity it's been two months iam calling them almost everyday They tricking me . If someone else has same problem with this company let's stop them through media. Like this scamming company aren't diserve to exist in Australia....
From first contact with SunSolar the experience was very easy. Trevor was very easy to follow with his explanations covering my ideas exactly. A few changes to the normal system didn't present any problems and the installation went smoothly. The installation team new exactly what needed to be done and proceeded in a professional manner. Clean up after the job was excellent. Without a doubt I would recommend SunSolar for a quote and/or installation of a solar system. When it came to connection to the network Jerry was extremely helpful and we had the system connected in around 15 minutes. All in all an easy experience from start to finish and I look forward to looking into into upgrades in the future.
