Colin has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial installation right through to managing all aspects of the solar setup. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions and provide support. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to his assistance. I am disappointed with both the solar system design and the after-sales service. A large portion of my solar panels was installed on the south-facing side of the roof, even though it produces significantly less energy than the north-facing side. Now that I have a battery and can properly monitor my system, I have realised that only about 6 kW of my system is performing well, while the remaining 5 kW is generating far less electricity than expected. I requested that the company assess moving some of the panels to the north or east-facing side of the roof, where they would generate much more energy. Unfortunately, my concerns have largely been ignored. Before the installation, Joe contacted me repeatedly and was very responsive. However, after the installation was completed, communication dropped dramatically, and it has been very difficult to get a response regarding my concerns. Good customer service should continue after the sale, not end once the system is installed. I hope the company improves its after-sales support and takes customer concerns more seriously.

I just had a 30kWh battery installed buy Sun Solar. The service from Oliver and the team has been fantastic. Oliver kept me up to date with everything and was clear with the process. The he 2 guys that came out to install were really friendly and did a neat job. They run the wires in the internal wall and therefore no conduit on the outside side. They cleaned up after themselves and were a please to deal with. Cheers Luke

I reached out to SunSolar on a neighbor’s recommendation. Mark and the rest of his sales team were very patient with my numerous queries. I must have spent nearly 2 months asking them questions of all sorts but was always given timely responses. On contract signing they ensured a timely installation and inspection within 2 weeks of the install. Overall very happy with the level of service provided

From first contact with SunSolar the experience was very easy. Trevor was very easy to follow with his explanations covering my ideas exactly. A few changes to the normal system didn't present any problems and the installation went smoothly. The installation team new exactly what needed to be done and proceeded in a professional manner. Clean up after the job was excellent. Without a doubt I would recommend SunSolar for a quote and/or installation of a solar system.When it came to connection to the network Jerry was extremely helpful and we had the system connected in around 15 minutes. All in all an easy experience from start to finish and I look forward to looking into into upgrades in the future.
