We had a great experience with Sunrise Innovations. The entire process was quick, professional and well organised, with excellent support from start to finish. The turnaround for our solar installation was impressively fast, and the system is now running smoothly. We especially appreciate Arifur for his patience, responsiveness and support throughout the process. We would happily recommend Sunrise Innovations and would use them again for any future work. Note: 5 stars for the service and turnaround. We will continue to monitor the solar system for the months ahead.
We had a solar battery system installed by Sunrise Innovation and were very impressed. The team was professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly. Installation was clean and efficient, and they followed up to ensure everything was working properly. Great service from start to finish—would happily recommend them.
The work done by the sales engineer on customising a quote to suit us was excellent, including modifying aspects as we had meetings discussing the setup - however the follow up and communication once we paid the deposit was very poor and did not meet the deadlines their emails indicated. For example it said you would get a follow up within 48 hours of the solar rebate confirmation to book in installation however it took 4 weeks to get follow up and even then it was only because we chased them up. If they could improve their communication to meet their same standards as their sales engineers showed in the consultation process they would have gotten 5 stars
We are very happy with Sunrise innovations with their approach to providing us with the information, quoting and onsite installation team. We had the Neopower heat pump installed on the 2nd April and no issues at all. Both plumbing and electrical teams worked well together and were very mindful of our needs/concerns. We highly recommend Sunrise innovations.
I recently had my solar and battery system installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team completed everything on time and the installation process was smooth from start to finish.
