The service was excellent from start with Toby Aimer to their customer support, Sheila Junsay to the solar installer, Wizo Electrical, Dean Vujic. Happy with my Sungrow PV and battery. The after-sales customer service experience were very very poor from Sungain Solar.

Sungain Solar had a very competitive pricing for what they offer. I got quotes from a few different companies and for what they offer and provided Sungain was competitive. During the process it was smooth and easy to follow, installers on the day were polite and super professional and friendly. I will be using sungain again on my next properties in the next year or so moving forward :)

A big compliment to the Installation Team who worked in very adverse conditions to complete the installation in good time.
