I’m not one to leave a negative comment. Bit being self employed for 21 years, communication is the key. I Purchased a property, 5 months ago, with a Tesla battery and solar installed by Solar Hub Vic, to discover the battery wasn’t working correctly, Previous owner installed the battery in 2018.. Reached out to Tesla to find the previous installers. Spoke reception at Solar hub in Thomas town. Who promised the world, after a dozen calls, to Jodi I was finally given the name and number of the installer who also promised the world. This was back in February 2026. The installer (St__n). Just spun a lot of lies. Im self employed and understand the importance of communicatio and quality of work, I was told 3 months later, there will be.a $330.00 call out fee, which I was happy to pay. After lack of communication or no response to calls and emails I reached out to another solar company that inherited their problem. (the battery never worked for the previous owner). The current transformers were loose, and the cabling for the gateway were installed on the wrong side. I actually paid more than Solar hub quoted for their call out fee the problem has now been rectified. Be careful of their warranty and after care service. It’s nice to know there are still Bussiness’ out there that GAF.

It’s very difficult to find a company that ticks all the boxes. Chris, Jodi and the team are consistently customer focused, answer emails, phone calls and are always willing to help. The installation team were professional, cleaned up and very friendly. Even after my install in January 2023, Chris is still helpful with advice concerning solar, battery, and EV needs. I would wholeheartedly recommend to everyone.

We had quite a difficult roof to fit the solar. Chris, Jodi and the team went above and beyond to make it happen when many other providers weren’t prepared to. They juggled the installation around other trades during our Reno and kept me informed the whole time. I have no hesitation recommending them. We had a wonderful experience with SolarHub. 7.5kw unit with 19 panels. Staff knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. SolarHub came Highly recommended to us, and we will definitely do the same. Special shout out to Michael and his team who worked tirelessly in extreme heat and wind on our roof. Professional team 👍🏻

5kw, 16 panel system was installed a month earlier than we were expecting. The onsite team was efficient and friendly, and the communication throughout the process with the office was excellent. Inspection was also completed without fuss.
