Fantastic. Quote was very competitive and a lot better than others with less quality equipment. Had solar panels and battery with gateway installed. They arrived in the morning and had the job completed including all switchboard wiring by afternoon. Nice tidy job with no rubbish left behind. After sales service has been fantastic. They have been great to deal with and I have already told them I will be back again to purchase more batteries and a heat pump hot water system when finances allow.

My experience with Solar Run was absolutely exceptional. I had such good service and hard working staff supporting me all the way when they did the battery installation. I called Solar Run due to a blackout problem I had. Despite the fact it wasn’t even their installation, Solar Run still agreed to send some of their talented staff to help promptly. What really shocked me was that when the Solar Run staff arrived, it started raining. They still went onto the roof and kept looking to find the problem in the rain and I was so relieved to have such dedicated staff to help me even through the rain. This is proof that Solar Run puts and values customers first. I have been looking for this type of service for so long and this the one that gave me that respect.
