Looked around at a few places to choose a company to install a battery, a few companies wouldn't or couldn't come out to see me which I thought was important . Justin from solar run was prompt in seeing us and recommending "Sofar powerall" battery .. Battery was installed with in a few weeks by professional electricians That worked most of the day to installed and was courteous and respectful . Came with an app that helps monitor the system . Works great and what we wanted to be more self sustaining. I highly recommend this company to help you decide what you need

Received 6 various quotes from other Solar Companies, none listened to what we were wanting to achieve, one even quoted the wrong property. Justin came and inspected the property, had a chat about our requirements and achieved a great system and price. One main deal breaker on top of our quote was that Justin did not pester us with follow up calls or emails, we gave him a timeframe for response and he left us be, all other companies pestered us daily. Once all the paperwork was completed the system was installed in a very timely manner and done in a day. The Solar Run tradesmen were excellent in completing the task at hand, thorough and meticulous. Very happy with our experience of working with Justin and Solar Run. Very thorough, taking us through the process from initial assessment and quote through to installation and certification responding quickly to any questions or concerns. System up and running and output as quoted within a couple of days.

What a great experience. I have heard a lot about cowboys out there and systems that was left with no one to turn to, to honour 25 year warranties promised. Well, I was one of them, but Justin and his crew was far from that. They removed my old faulty system and replaced it with a quality upgrade. From $219 power usage per month, to now having a credit of $38, I'm super happy with the system they installed and the size he recommended. I can definitely recommend Justin.
