Solar Run has been extremely professional from the very first contact I made and having the battery installed. Communication has always been very prompt and informative. They have provided an excellent product at an extremely competitive price. The job was to install an additional 25.6 kWh Sungrow battery. Sunny has left me his contact phone number and has said that if I ever need to contact him, I can do so at any time of the day. I would be most happy to engage them for any future solar or electrical work. The work area was left extremely clean and all rubbish was 100% removed from the site. Solar Run Berwick has been very proactive and responsive since my initial call. Jag did visit my home on several occasions: before, during, and after the installation, which was reassuring for me. They didn't push me to go with any particular brand or capacity for the solar battery. I chose the Sigenergy battery, and the team installed it very professionally. The tradespeople were very courteous and easy to interact with. All safety standards were met, and a Certificate of Electrical Safety was issued, including bollards and Fibre Cement backing for the wall. The installation also included Solar panels and a Gateway. Solar Run removed my old solar collectors, meant for the solar-boosted water heater, to install the maximum number of panels and thereby get the maximum benefit from the investment.

Very impressed with Jag and the Solar Run team! With the May 1st rebate changes coming fast & GoodWe stock being very limited, Jag managed to secure my 24.9kw battery + 5kw inverter & get it all installed in a very tight turn around time, while also ensuring I had a quality and optimal sized system. ​Jag is a total professional. I asked a lot of technical questions, but he was always patient, clear and informative in answering them. On the install day, Abbas and rest of the install team were also brilliant; they were efficient, neat, and did a high-quality job (see image). ​If you need a team that is able to deliver under pressure, without compromising on quality, I have no hesitation in recommending Jag and his Solar Run Berwick team! From quoting to finished installation everything went smooth. Jagdeep and the installation teams are Professionals and on time. The istore 270ltr Heatpump works well and uses very little energy to keep our water hot. Can only recommend Solar Run Berwick. W.D.

I recently had a solar and battery system installed and overall had a great experience. Jag was knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to and the process went smoothly. He explained everything clearly without being pushy, which made the whole process feel comfortable. There was a small issue with the installer's installation schedule, but Jag was proactive in addressing it and kept things on track, which I really appreciated. Communication throughout was clear and responsive. The installation itself went well, and most importantly, my system has been working perfectly so far. I’d happily recommend them to anyone considering solar and battery installation.
