Excellent service from Day one. Open and honest quote with no hidden costs. Steve was easy to deal with and provided a quote to suite our requirements. Installation was on time as advised. On site team were able to solve problems easily to provide the best result. No pressure sales like others. Roger kept me informed on the process. I used Solar Masters in Brisbane to install a FoxESS battery and additional solar panels. Travis was excellent to deal with throughout the sales process—knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. There was a fairly lengthy delay before the installation could proceed due to the busy period created by the rebate program, but communication was maintained throughout, which was appreciated. Once the project was handed over to the installation team, everything went smoothly. Roger and the team communicated very well, arrived as scheduled, and were professional throughout the installation. All of the installers were great to deal with, and the quality of the work was excellent. I'm very happy with both the installation and the performance of the system. I would happily recommend Solar Masters to anyone considering solar and battery storage.

Had an amazing experience with solar masters, and in particular steve who coordinated our job. Our Job was based in Mooroolbark Victoria, (Even though they are brisbane-based) and we went with a 10.5 kw and 30 battery. Lot of horror stories I read from different installers out there, but SM were second to none. Very competitive priced, great service from Steve throughout the whole engagement including great comms, no issues with install, parts delays or anything like that, job was completed in full in 3 weeks and went without a hitch (The only delay we had was a week due to terrible weather). Nice neat job too. Cant recommend these guys enough if you are looking to get a solar install done.

Solar Masters (David) one of the best dealers give me the best price for installation of my solar system.Good quality solar panels and inverter are used. The installation team were good and finished the job on time.Removing the old panels and replacing with the new ones got rid off all the rubbish.
