I had very good experience with Solar Green Australia and I am very happy from start to finish. Jamy was first person I talk to and he recommend battery system that fit my house very well. He always reply fast and explain things clearly so whole process was easy and no stress for me. During installation, Paul electrician come and explain that bigger battery is better for future. After his advice, I decide to change contract in the middle of process. I really appreciate this because he think for customer not just follow original plan. Hassan from ADL Building Services did installation very professional. While installing, he explain that for backup essential system, fuse board need upgrade. It cost extra $1200 on the day, but he explain properly and I understand it is needed for safety. After I talk with Jamy about this, he understand situation and help adjust battery to price. I think this is very fair and good service. At the end, Rosal from Energy Safe Victoria come for inspection and approval. Everything went smooth and paperwork also done well, so I feel confident system is installed properly. System installed now: 40 kWh Alpha ESS Battery (13.3 kWh x 3) 5 kW Alpha ESS inverter (single phase hybrid) Blackout protection for essential loads AC coupled with existing Growatt inverter So far everything working very well. If I can say one thing, maybe better to choose bigger inverter from beginning, especially if planning to buy electric car later. Overall I am very satisfied and I recommend them.

If you want to have a smooth installation, and a working and registered solar system, don't go with them. They are very unreliable! Our solar was installed by them 1.5 years ago. Our system is still not registered with Ausnet because, the paperwork was not submitted. Therefore, we are not getting any feed-in tariffs. Unfortunately, by the time this came out, we already paid them. We and our electricity provider contacted them numerous times, but haven't received any answers. They don't respondat all. Now, we need to escalate the matter further. What a headache!

Very comprehensive and pricing was extremely competitive to others in the market. We felt at ease knowing they have been in the business for over 10 years and use local trades for the installation. Delivery and install was seamless and Mark was fantastic at explaining how it all worked and arrangement of inspection. We have an app on our phone that displays all the information and we’re looking forward to seeing the benefits. One of the micro-inverters on our solar system failed so we contacted Solar Green who installed the system about 7 years ago. The staff member, Jamie, was very efficient and friendly. He contacted Enphase who provided a new inverter under warranty. Jamie also arranged for the inverter to be installed. Very good service from all involved.
