Lauren went above and beyond to help connect the system to WiFi, quickly resolving an inverter error and arranging a technician to fix it in a timely manner. She also helped organise with UE to allow export. We had 6 Star Plus install a new 13.2kw system on our new home during construction and couldn't fault the workmanship and quality of the panels and inverter. Set up was easy and any issues were resolved very quickly by Lauren. Highly recommend.
