We recently got our Solar Panels and battery installer from Silicon Solar and I’m happy with the service provided. Nav was kind enough to accommodate me before the rebate was ending and also suggested me the best setup according to situation. The quoted price was also competitive. Post installation Chirag was very supportive in finishing off the formalities and a few hiccups which we had with the system and the company. Chirag’s support was top notch to get the issues resolved. End to end I am happy with the support and I would suggest to go ahead with Silicon Solar.

Chirag has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He supported me end-to-end in getting my meter reconfigured, proactively coordinated with AusNet to resolve the issue, and even reached out to GoodWe to ensure everything was functioning correctly. What truly stood out was his follow-up — even after the issue was resolved, he checked in multiple times to make sure I was completely satisfied. A well-deserved 5 stars for his exceptional service. Silicon Solar is highly recommended — the entire team genuinely looks after you and ensures a smooth experience from start to finish. Also, a huge thank you to Navratan for his exceptional service and support.
