Had an issue with the Renogy system on my Austrack; no visual display of battery charging and battery low voltage. Kelvin was able to talk me through reinstalling software, including some updates and getting the system to communicate with all parts of the system. This was done on FaceTime so we could share the display screens. Thanks Kelvin for your knowledge and assistance to get my system working again.

The tech guys are amazingly helpful. Was able to walk me through exactly what needed to be done after was given an already programmed unit as a replacement. All done over the phone. I am extremely happy

Had an issue with my Vision where it was back-lit but no actual screen on. Kelvin helped by letting me know the screen just pops out of its casing, and after doing this to disconnect and reconnect. The screen then came back on. However it wouldnt connect to the core. Connecting to the core was as simple as turning the wifi/hotspot on and making it discoverable. Great communication and very fast responses. Thanks Team

I must admit the service we have receive from Kelvin and Adam has been awesome. Camping on Fraser Island and with a few issues it wasn’t easy to get things sorted but they managed to do it. Thanks guys you are a credit to the business
