Renewable Solar

I had my solar and batteries installed at the end of May. Had some issues with the app and managing the system. Took a few days to resolve. The installation works were good but communication is a bit poor. Would have rated them higher but they don't seem to communicate well especially on Whatsapp. Another issue was the delay in getting the distributor to change my cofiguration to get our FIT. Waited for a month and nothing happened. Had to call up my power supplier and distributor, they told me the paper work wasn't submitted. Contacted Renewable Solar and took a few goes before they did it, with minimal responses. Workmanship is great, communication and after care is poor.

The team demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. Their communication was clear, timely, and effective, and they provided excellent follow-up support after the installation was completed. I was particularly impressed with the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail. The cable management was exceptionally neat and well-organised, resulting in a clean and aesthetically pleasing installation. As someone who works in the IT field, I understand the importance of proper cable management, not only for appearance but also for functionality, maintenance, and long-term reliability. The team’s commitment to delivering a high-quality and professional result exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend their services to others.

I had a great experience with Renewable Solar! They did a fantastic job from start to finish, providing an excellent system and the installation itself went incredibly smoothly. A huge shout out to Zac for his amazing support and guidance throughout the entire process. 🙏👏 Highly recommended!

Very competitive pricing and service by Zac and team. The level of workmanship for the battery install was Excellent. Now looking forward to the savings. Highly recommended. Thanks Zac

Zac and his team did an excellent job installing solar panels and a battery system at my house. The pricing was very competitive, the installation was smooth and tidy, and Zac even included a free canopy to protect the battery, which was greatly appreciated. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond for his clients. Other installers were hesitant because of our older roof, but Zac’s roofing expertise gave us confidence. He understood the roof’s condition and limits, and it was a huge advantage having someone who could assess everything properly beforehand. I would highly recommend Zac and his team to anyone considering solar and battery installation or roof repair.
