Quick efficient service, good price and prompt installation within 2 weeks. As a result of the battery and the 3 hours free electricity plan, I am not being charged for any electricity from the grid - in winter!

I discovered Rayamp from Globird Energy Provider website. Initially the Globird connection gave me confidence. But very quickly I found Steve from Rayamp to be genuine, transparent and helpful, right from day 1. The quotes were very competitive. Very easy to get information from. Quick responses to emails (sometimes within mintues). Always ready to answer questions (and I had many!). The installation team came from Melbourne to regional VIC and completed work as thorough professionals. Work was neatly done. There was more rebate available for me which Steve discovered and promptly passed on.

I hadn’t heard of RAYAMP and I was a bit dubious as to their skills. I need not have worried these guys were first class. Very happy with my new SIG energy battery. I’m currently on holidays and watching my free energy flow in during the middle of the day and then pumping it back into the grid in the evening making cash. Haven’t had to pay an energy bill in the last two months. My only recommendation is work out how much energy you use in a normal day and then your battery must be at least twice that size.

Really happy with RayAmp. The battery install was done super professionally. Communication was easy and smooth the whole way through. They also cleaned up everything and took all the rubbish with them, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend 👍
