Couldn't be happier with the service from RayAmp. From the initial conversation with Steve working out what size system was applicable to my home and usage (now and future) , through to the installation day itself. The install was so professional everyone involved knew what to do - particular care taken with switchboard so the connection was completely seamless inside. It was all completed within the day and even the rubbish removed ! Quoted price was excellent. It's one of the easiest decisions I've made and very happy with the outcome.
Very happy with my experience with RayAmp Solar. I had a 6.65 kW Risen solar system installed together with a SolaX 7.5 kW hybrid inverter and 25.6 kWh battery. Cassie Yang was very helpful throughout the sales and quotation process. She was responsive to my questions, explained the different options clearly, and helped me choose a system that suited what I was looking for. The installation went well and the system has been working as expected. Overall, a positive experience with RayAmp and I would be happy to recommend them.
Quick efficient service, good price and prompt installation within 2 weeks. As a result of the battery and the 3 hours free electricity plan, I am not being charged for any electricity from the grid - in winter!
I hadn’t heard of RAYAMP and I was a bit dubious as to their skills. I need not have worried these guys were first class. Very happy with my new SIG energy battery. I’m currently on holidays and watching my free energy flow in during the middle of the day and then pumping it back into the grid in the evening making cash. Haven’t had to pay an energy bill in the last two months. My only recommendation is work out how much energy you use in a normal day and then your battery must be at least twice that size.
