Buyer beware of this business after buying 2 lithium batteries of them they faulted straight away, took them back and so they say they had them repaired. I bought them back home and they faulted straight away not holding any charge. After a year of trying to get my money back , constantly following them after them saying we will get to you. They hadn’t , in the end they only gave me 70% back of what I paid for them. Highly recommend people to stay away from this dodgy business as they can’t back their product.

Milo was great to deal with! Im completely new to solar set ups and he walked me through everything. Ensuring i got the right set up for my needs. Currently travelling the country in my van and battery hasnt dipped under 80%. Milo take the time to listen to your needs and designs a set up just right for you! Recommend!

After had issues with my CERBO controller in the camper van and Milo identified the problem and the solution in a timely and cost effective manner. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I've had my system for about 3 months now and I couldn't be happier. Preston Off Grid went above and beyond with their service and the end result was exactly what I wanted. Not only did Milo answer any question I had leading up to me buying my system but he has helped me with any question I have had after as well.
