The installation team was highly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They completed the battery installation to a very high standard and took the time to explain how everything works before leaving. We’re very happy with the quality of the installation and the overall service. I would highly recommend Native Solar to anyone considering a solar battery installation.

I recently had a solar battery system installed by Native Solar and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The installation team were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing — the whole process went smoothly from start to finish without any issues. A special mention to Grace and Sandy in the office, who were fantastic throughout. They stayed in regular contact with me, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Their responsiveness and genuine helpfulness made a real difference and took a lot of the stress out of the process.

Ryan was my main contact throughout and made everything easy to understand and organise. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. A big plus was being able to pay by credit card, which made the process much more convenient. The installation team were punctual, professional, and always showed up when they said they would. I was also fortunate to get my installation completed before the mad rush as the rebates were coming to an end. The quality of the installation appears to be very good, especially compared to some of the installations I’ve seen shared on social media. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and hopeful that this investment will provide many years of reliable performance.
