Jamin at Koolec installed 9 kw of cells and a 28 kWh modular Fox Ess battery - inverter at our home in Fairfield over three days in December 2025. The price was exceptionally good value compared with two other quotes. His communication during quoting/installation/completion was comprehensive and timely. The installation was delivered on time to a high quality making it eligible for the 2025 rebates. We have no hesitation in recommending Jamin.

An Unexpected Experience but a Fantastic Outcome. While in the process of purchasing a new EV (electric vehicle) and considering how to use our solar system to charge it, the solar system died. After 15 years of faithful service, this was perhaps not surprising, but what to do now? Considerable research led to uncovering a "pathway finder" in Solar Quotes, which in turn suggested brands to consider and installers who might help. I was then contacted by some of these installers. Without doubt, the standout response came from Jamin at Koolec - Electrical & Solar. Initially he came and inspected the site, discussed the requirements I had, and sent a detailed proposal in writing with an accompanying video of different options to consider. After a few modifications, the final proposal met all of my requirements for a new system including a home charge point for the EV, and utilising the brands I preferred. Jamin carried out the installation in a completely professional manner. Very little disruption to our normal activity, and all debris was removed from the site. Overall we were very happy with Jamin's proposal and with his workmanship. For us it was a outstanding proposal and extremely professionally executed. We have no hesitation in recommending this company based on our experience.
