The pricing was competitive, the installation quality was excellent, and the execution was quick and efficient. The setup was completed neatly and cleanly, reflecting a high standard of workmanship. I also appreciate the smooth coordination and professionalism throughout the process, including the installer team and Finny for handling the quotations and initial setup. I’d especially like to thank Pavi for her strong support throughout the process, including paperwork, battery module replacement, and the issues that came up during distributor testing. She worked closely with the installer, manufacturer, and distributor to coordinate everything effectively and keep things moving without delays. Communication was always prompt and clear, and everything was handled in a practical, solution-focused way, ensuring a smooth end-to-end resolution.

JM Solar's team did a full Solar Installation for me , Panels , Inverter and Battery. Very professional and courteous staff, Jeeva, Arun, Vasanthan , Bala the electrician and two others. Worked very hard to get the job done in a day, from about 8 AM till 6.30 Pm or so and they cleaned up afterwards , not leaving any of the material , it was spotless. Followed up and took the old panels away, arranged for the inspection on a day that suited me. I have no hesitation in recommending them for Solar Installations, have also engaged them to replace my Water heating with a heat pump, no doubt they will do a stellar job. Krishnan
