I had a 3phase 48kw battery cq6-L8 with 15kw inverter installed. AC coupled to existing panels. Took about 3 weeks from my confirmation until installation. They used a local installer Terry. He was great, very friendly and professional. He explained everything. I wanted to change my installation position and he was fine with the change. I just had go to bunnings to get 2 bollards and he installed them for me at no extra charge. App works great, can see how much solar is produced, how much the house is using, how many KW battery is being charged at and its percentage. I researched the battery and knew it was good but was concerned about the installation but no problems at all very happy.
Recently had a huge 53.3kwh battery system installed by this company, Shanaya was great to deal with and made it easy. Happy with install, backup power working. I got it cheap, I think because it's not Amber smart shift compatible (which I knew going in) - but still very useful to big users like us. It's all working well. Savings showing immediately.
