I honestly couldn't be happier with Green Vision Solar! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From start to finish the service was amazing. I had heaps of questions and every single one was answered promptly and honestly, which made the whole process so easy. The Trina panels and GoodWe inverter they installed are working perfectly. Professional and knowledgeable team who clearly know their stuff. Can't recommend them highly enough — thank you so much! Thanks for setting me up with a system I'm genuinely pleased with. I'd happily recommend you to anyone looking to go solar.

We had our solar battery done by Green Solar and it is a fantastic and worry-free job. Big shout out to Oliver and Carla and the Green Vision Solar team! From beginning of the project they have provided fast reaction, professional advise, and great service. Oliver is very professional and resourceful in helping us to choose the location of the battery, as we have a side-walk full of pipes and a very awkward shaped garage. He is also very fast reacting and showed a lot of patience in helping us debugging some of the issues after installation and got everything fixed in a very short time frame. Carla and her team is very fast response in organizing all the logistics in a very short time frame and did a great job in coordinating between us, supplier and installer during our problem solving stage and to get the job done! Well done team!! I will definitely recommend to other people!

We engaged Green Vision for our solar installation back in 2023, and Andy was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Because of that experience, we reached out to him again in March this year to discuss adding a battery to our existing system and taking advantage of the battery rebate. Both installations have been excellent, and we were kept informed throughout the entire process, with regular updates on where everything was up to. The installation itself was clean, completed on time, and everything was explained clearly and professionally. There was a delay with the inspector, but we understood that it was a particularly busy period due to changes surrounding the rebate program. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the service and have already recommended Green Vision to friends and family.

Sigenergy Love your work/Love your product (Unfortunately the same cannot be said of GVS) On 16 September 2025, I signed a contract with Green Vision Solar (GVS) for installation of a 40 kW battery system with an additional 6.6 kW of solar. The contract stated a typical turnaround time of 4 to 9 weeks after payment of the deposit, receipt dated 17/09/2026. On the 05 March 2026, more than 24 weeks after the deposit was paid. So much for the 4-to-9-week turnaround. During this period, we experienced cost escalations (3 Contracts for supply signed) They were quite accommodating (Not) it was a take the new price or here's your deposit back! Abuse and threats from their salesperson “O”. The owner was somewhat more conciliatory. The knowledge of their own contract was a bit lacking. In their defence I will admit we did receive a credit after pointing out we were not in breach of contract and the salesperson was in error. In summary my take aways from this are. 1) Cost competitive yes 2) Interaction with client At times abusive 3) Structure: a. Business address: Serviced offices in Glen Waverley. b. Sales: Local staff c. Support/Admin: Overseas d. Installation: Electrical Subcontractors 4) Post sale support: Limited 5) Project Management: Lacking 6) Do they know their product: Room for improvement 7) How well do they know their own contract: Not Well 8) Post installation Support: Minimal Would I deal with them again, maybe not. They are not Electrical Contractors, and as such they need to engage third parties to undertake installations. Their model is to operate as an intermediary and making their money on supplying the major components of the installation and the on selling of the STC's

Had Green Vision Solar install our Goodwe 48kw battery system. The company was excellent to deal with. My initial contact with Andy at their Melbourne HQ office fielded the quote/advice/options process was competent, professional and personable. The install was delt with capably by Yannick and his 2 man team Morris and Alwon. They were obviously knowledgeable and installed our system in our garage, cleaning up afterwards in a well practised manner. I highly recommend this Australian Company. Well done.
