My project involved removing an ageing solar system and inverter, allowing time for my roof to be fully restored and repainted, and then installing a completely new energy system comprising a 17kW solar array and a 50kWh battery. Throughout every stage of the project, the coordination was seamless. Cliff and his team kept me informed, communicated clearly, and managed every aspect professionally. Despite having to navigate industry-wide supply challenges arising from the conflict in the Middle East, they kept me updated throughout and ensured the project progressed as smoothly as possible. What impressed me most was that Cliff took the time from the outset to genuinely understand what I wanted to achieve. Rather than simply selling me a solar and battery system, he listened carefully to my objectives, understood my long-term goals, and designed three different options that provided a balanced cost-benefit analysis. The solution we ultimately chose delivered the greatest value for my circumstances, while also future-proofing my home for additional electrical loads, battery capacity and other technologies I may choose to incorporate in the years ahead. That level of foresight gave me confidence that I wasn't simply buying a system for today, but investing in one that would continue to meet my family's needs well into the future. The end result has been exceptional. The system is performing exactly as expected because my objectives were understood from the outset, I was genuinely listened to throughout the process, and my expectations were carefully managed and consistently met in line with everything that had been discussed from the initial planning stages through to commissioning. The professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail demonstrated by everyone at Energy Wired were first class. Equally impressive has been their after-sales service, which has extended well beyond anything I expected. Cliff and his team installed new panels and and 10kw Battery. They then added another 5kw Battery later. The service and advice was excellent. Could not be happier with the end result.
