Installer didn’t complete the work. Inspector signed it off. And we are still being charged. Tried to rectify and they’ve done nothing. And won’t reimburse. Still not complete and we are out monthly payments to the order of $800+ and still paying electricity. Abeen Khan sold it and has left us for dead. No business continuity when the installer doesn’t finish. No good. Will share far and wide.

Energy Control Australia installed a 6.6kW Solar system with 19.2kWh battery storage at my home at the start of 2026. It's not working property and I have been trying to get in touch with them for 2.5 months. I'm still paying off the system but not getting the benefit of saving on electricity costs. I should have checked reviews first. My advice is to DO YOUR RESEARCH!!

After investing $23,000 in solar panels, the communication between Energy Control and us has been very poor. We initially agreed on the installation of 30 solar panels, yet upon commissioning, only 28 panels were installed. When we eventually reached the company, Imran informed us that they had "updated" the system with better panels. They insist they contacted us and informed us of this change, but we were never notified. As a result, we’ve had to hire an independent electrician to verify that the panels installed match what they claim. They only began responding to emails after I mentioned contacting Consumer Affairs. We are still awaiting the inspection and hope that they have followed through with what they eventually stated.
