Installer didn’t complete the work. Inspector signed it off. And we are still being charged. Tried to rectify and they’ve done nothing. And won’t reimburse. Still not complete and we are out monthly payments to the order of $800+ and still paying electricity. Abeen Khan sold it and has left us for dead. No business continuity when the installer doesn’t finish. No good. Will share far and wide.
Energy Control Australia installed a 6.6kW Solar system with 19.2kWh battery storage at my home at the start of 2026. It's not working property and I have been trying to get in touch with them for 2.5 months. I'm still paying off the system but not getting the benefit of saving on electricity costs. I should have checked reviews first. My advice is to DO YOUR RESEARCH!!
