Energy Benefits came recommended by a friend, and I would also recommend them to anyone wishing to upgrade to solar and battery. It was an incredibly smooth experience having Hamza and his team install my solar panels and battery (plus heat pump hot water). Hamza was quick to respond in his communications. He was knowledgeable and patient in explaining the technical aspects of the install. Price was very reasonable and his team was on time and delivered the project as promised. I would highly recommend him and his team.

I looked around for a 7KW solar system and Energy Benefits was the one with a reasonable price. I then enquired further for the specs and location of the panels. Hamza was very helpful and knowledgeable in terms of technical and customer services. He walked me through and explained in details and also showed me the hardware while he explained which is rare in most places. The Team did a great job on the installation day and Hamza informed me if anything changes. A well done job from Energy Benefits.

The Energy Benefits team installed a solar system (solar panels and battery) at home for me. It was a great experience all through. It is truly a team effort led by Hamza and Syed, the onsite electrical team as well as the office team taking care of the complex paperwork with the electricity companies. I have no reservation in recommending Energy Benefits.

I had an amazing experience with these guys. There are a lot of dodgy people in the solar industry. As I found out from clicking a few facebook ads. I was referred to these guys by a mate. Hamza and Syed are very genuine blokes. Very reasonable, patient and easy to work with. They kept me up to date with the whole process. There was a lot of paperwork and form but they did a great job stream lining and keeping me up to date. I ended up getting a split system, hot water pump, solar panels and battery. My home is mostly off gas and powering itself mostly from the sun both day and night. You can tell they definitely intend to stay in business for the long term as they are very dedicated to what they do. We are happy with the product and service received. Would give more stars if I could! Got Syed and Hamza looking at installing our solar panels + battery setup. They actually showed up to have a look, rather than just calling and modelling the system. Got a really decent price for a 10.9kW system with a Sungrow 10kW inverter and 25kWh battery. Throughout the whole process from quote acceptance to install they were understanding and communicative, providing updates along the way. Got the install done almost 3 weeks after quote acceptance, very fast considering the demand at the time for solar batteries and despite the Melbourne weather. The team were efficient, yet handled everything with care, and still managed to get the install done within the day. A week or so later, after inspection and approval, the solar system was turned on and it's been working beautifully ever since, no issues or surprises whatsoever. A huge shoutout again to Syed, Hamza and the rest of team at Energy Benefits for getting us up quickly and effectively with our solar system. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for honest, hardworking professionals looking to slash their energy bills.
