We have dealt with Energy Assist a couple of times over the last five or six years with results we have been very pleased with. After several quotes we went with them for the instillation of our first 19 solar panels and were very happy with the results. All the people we were involved with from the office to all the guys who did the installation were very helpful and friendly. We were particularly impressed with the quoting process which gave us several options and detailed information which suited our home. We appreciate the time spent going over the options with explanations that gave us clarity for us to make our final decision. We recently got a battery and another five panels from Energy Assist after we were quoted for a battery from another company which just wanted to sell us a battery. Energy Assist took the time to see what would best suit us and also gave a couple of choices. I would highly recommend them if you were looking to go for solar energy.

Great customer service from the initial enquiry through to post installation support. Competitive pricing for a 42 solar panel and 32 KWH battery system. System performing well but issue with battery not responding to discharge commands took more than 4 weeks and multiple emails to Amber, the installer and United Energy to resolve

Excellent experience having solar and batteries installed. They did what they said they would, when they said they would. From Mike who originally quoted the job to Jerome & Aaron (I think) their work was excellent. Would recommend and will use again when I get a vehicle charger added.

Really great experience from start to finish. The Energy Assist team took the time to design several options that suited our home and energy use now and into the future, rather than pushing a standard setup. They explained everything clearly. Installation was smooth and professional—on time, tidy, and done with real attention to detail. The quality of the workmanship and courtesy of the team was great, and everything was set up neatly. Communication was excellent throughout, and they handled all the approvals and paperwork, which made the whole process very easy. It’s rare to say that our expectations were exceeded, but they certainly were on this occasion. Since it’s been installed, the system has been performing really well. I highly recommend Energy Assist. I had a Sigenergy battery and inverter installed by them and was very impressed with all aspects of the transaction. My initial enquiry was made through the Solar Quotes website and Mike Sutton was very helpful and provided excellent advice and a very detailed and competitive quote. The installation schedule and process was clearly detailed, invoices were issued promptly and the timing was very quick considering how busy this industry is at the moment. On the day of installation Aaron & Chris were very professional and easy to deal with. The quality of work was very good and all scrap materials and packaging were removed and the areas well cleaned. The follow up independent electrical inspection confirmed that everything was completed satisfactorily and that there were no defects. My battery has been operating for 4 weeks now and is exceeding my expectations. Overall I have been very pleased with my dealings with Energy Assist.
