Great customer service from the initial enquiry through to post installation support. Competitive pricing for a 42 solar panel and 32 KWH battery system. System performing well but issue with battery not responding to discharge commands took more than 4 weeks and multiple emails to Amber, the installer and United Energy to resolve

We sought quotes from 3 different solar installation companies. Energy Assist were the only company that took the time to speak with us in person and followed up to ensure we understood the process and rebates. The installation was seamless and the workmen were friendly and respectful of our home and dog when they entered the house. They ensured we understood how to monitor the system via the app...I have no hesitation in recommending them for installation of both solar panels and batteries.

Really great experience from start to finish. The Energy Assist team took the time to design several options that suited our home and energy use now and into the future, rather than pushing a standard setup. They explained everything clearly. Installation was smooth and professional—on time, tidy, and done with real attention to detail. The quality of the workmanship and courtesy of the team was great, and everything was set up neatly. Communication was excellent throughout, and they handled all the approvals and paperwork, which made the whole process very easy. It’s rare to say that our expectations were exceeded, but they certainly were on this occasion. Since it’s been installed, the system has been performing really well. I highly recommend Energy Assist. I had a Sigenergy battery and inverter installed by them and was very impressed with all aspects of the transaction. My initial enquiry was made through the Solar Quotes website and Mike Sutton was very helpful and provided excellent advice and a very detailed and competitive quote. The installation schedule and process was clearly detailed, invoices were issued promptly and the timing was very quick considering how busy this industry is at the moment. On the day of installation Aaron & Chris were very professional and easy to deal with. The quality of work was very good and all scrap materials and packaging were removed and the areas well cleaned. The follow up independent electrical inspection confirmed that everything was completed satisfactorily and that there were no defects. My battery has been operating for 4 weeks now and is exceeding my expectations. Overall I have been very pleased with my dealings with Energy Assist.

Highly recommend - from quoting to completion Keith and the team were totally professional, efficient and friendly. Any queries I had were answered or attended to quickly. The system was working so well I had them install a battery system 6 months later.
