We recently had our solar and battery system installed by Electrical Masters and are very happy with the overall experience. From the initial consultation through to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to contact whenever we had questions. They took the time to explain everything clearly and kept us informed throughout the process. There were some minor hiccups regarding the original battery location, but the team worked with us to find a suitable alternative. The issue was resolved smoothly, and the final installation at the new agreed location was completed to a very high standard. The workmanship is clean, neat, and looks excellent. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. We would happily recommend Electrical Masters to anyone considering a solar and battery installation.

This company was prompt, courteous and really easy to deal with. They gave me a really good price almost too good as all my other quotes worth a lot higher, they used good products and fill them with a real care and expertise. Everything was organised and Adam looked after me making sure the step-by-step I was happy, the job was completed in one day and even though I had to wait for a couple of days for the inspector to come that was no problem I would highly recommend this company

After a frustrating experience with a "mushroom" solar company that signed me up for a 25kW system and cancelled 2 months later due to lack of installers, I was determined to find a reliable team that actually employs their own staff. He took the time to properly assess my needs and didn’t make any unrealistic promises about timelines. Yet this team delivered in record time - due to unusual and fortunate circumstances for me, from signing up at 4:00pm on a Wednesday, this substantial installation was completed by 5:00pm next day!! What stood out to me was the installation team. Electrical Masters delivers the full job with their own crew. Throughout communication was clear and responsive (including support post the install as I am adding some bits and pieces). They take pride in doing quality work. I am absolutely delighted with the result. From the initial consultation to the installation and commission of the system Electrical master provided great service. We installed FoxEss inverter + battery for the existing panels. Electrical masters team provided great consultation from the point of selection of where to setup the battery and inverter. Installation wa done within two days upon initial payment. During commission inspector raised some minor improvements which was required for additional safety. The team responded immediately to fix them and coordinate with the inspector to get the green light. Rajan is the sales person who took us through the whole process. Overall it is a good experience. I trust aftercare will be the same.
