Dean and his team have problem solved multiple electrical problems with our renovation and he has been a pleasure to work with. He is always responsive and his pricing is always fair. He even resolved wiring up and connecting our vintage wall phone! Highly recommended!

I found Direct Point Electrical team great to deal with from the phone calls to the electricians. Josh and his fellow electricians were very polite and respectful, they did a neat job of installing a power point in the garage, and replace smoke alarms. They also cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend.

Dean and his team (Josh and the boys) did a great job with the electrical work on my two new builds. Their quotes were clear and itemised, and the electrical plans were easy to understand. Direct Point weren't the first to get back to me with a quote, but when they did, it was the one I liked most. They took the time to walk me through the assumptions behind the pricing over the phone, which I appreciated — no surprises. Communication was great throughout, with regular check-ins leading up to the job. On the day, Michael and Hayden arrived on time and did exactly what was needed - routing fibre cable through the false ceiling without any extra drilling or disturbing the interior panels. They were professional, easy to deal with, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was neat and tidy, they cleaned up after themselves, and as part of their standard service also carried out complimentary switchboard and smoke alarm inspections. Genuinely felt like I was getting good value. Would happily recommend.

Dean and his team were a pleasure to deal with and their work is top notch. Being a first time home owner, Dean made me feel very comfortable with all the work being done and took the time to explain everything clearly. Will be using Direct Point for all my electrical needs going forward
