Recently had my solar system upgraded with new panels and battery from Climasola. From the consult with the salesman to the installation of the solar system was a very easy process. Installation on the day was great , installation team were very professional, answered any questions I had and left my property clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Jordan was a great salesman, answering all my questions clearly and explaining everything I needed to know in detail. He didn’t rush me or pressure me to make a decision about choosing ClimaSolar, and took the time to build a good relationship so that I feel comfortable getting in contact in the future if I need to. Simon and his team were great technicians - they arrived on time, were very polite and respectful, talked through options for siting the panels and battery, even on a difficult site and very steep roof. They cleaned up after themselves and even took care to move my pot plants and rocks in the garden to avoid damage. Overall I am very impressed with the job they did, and would definitely recommend ClimaSolar to others!

Jacob from sales was super friendly, knowledgeable about options and any of my questions regarding installation information was a short call and easily sorted. The install crew was professional, on the ball, great to deal with, really quality work and they were done in no time, super helpful taking all the old solar gear away too. Hannah from quality control was really nice, very professional on following up and any questions were answered really quickly. Overall great dealing with Climasolar, I'll be recommending this company to my family and friends.

Terrible service after a great sales pitch. Installation appointments canceled or rescheduled on the day. When they finally came job was half finished and trash and not yet installed panels were left in obstructive areas of the property. Supposed customer manager also started ignoring attempts to be contacted regarding next steps. Edit: most of the issues were caused by a lack of communication from customer liaison, installers were lovely and came back to fix any outstanding problems
