It was a pleasure dealing with Pawan. He has been patient and helpful at the start with selection of the solar panels and the battery. I was thinking not to do batteries after hearing a lot of negativity from others then of battery prices going up & rebates going down. But Pawan did help in going through different battery brands selections as per budget. His installer Ali did a great job with install taking his time checking everything so that we don't get any revisits. Pawan had been communicating & supporting me all the way until meter configuration with Powercor.Overall, great experience & has started recommending friends to Bravo Solar.

From proposal to delivery and installation, Pawan of BravoSolar provided a fantastic service. The 10kw panels, 10kw inverter and 44kw battery is performing as designed. Pricing was very competitive and he was always contactable. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

After a bit of research I finalised my Solar and GoodWe ESA battery installation with Pawan from Bravo Solar on 1st April. He was patient enough to explain the process, site visited, walked me through the quote in person and answered all questions, concerns along the way. Due to my travel, he accomodated the gear delivery and the installation based on my availability in this peak rush. Sparky Habib was knowledgeable, humble, polite and easy going. The crew were early and pretty much came at the same time. My prior research helped me be very clear on the outcome and Habib listened through, suggested changes from his experience and delivered the outcome. Pawan was onsite during installation to ensure things were progressing. Habib was also kind enough to walk me through the physical setup, config sems+ app, tested whole house backup in my presence and troubleshooted a setup glitch with GoodWe call center. He made sure the system is working as designed before shutting it down and signing off. The inspection happened the following week and the system is up and running. Overall the experience was very smooth, pricing was highly competitive and I'm very happy with the outcome. As you can see grid usage stopped since the system came online. Pawan is still responding to my post installation queries and sharing his genuine advice to my references. A little bit of research and the outcome not just in terms of performance, features etc but also the installation look n feel will go a long way in setting the right expectations, costs and no disappointments. This company was able to deliver that for me.
