Good experience from start to finish. The team provided honest advice on sizing our battery. Great people to deal with. Quoting process was transparent, with no high-pressure sales pitch. Customer relationship services, advice and information has been good and I appreciate that. Highly recommended!
This company is sooo good. I highly recommend Ramon Kwek who helped me from start to finish, including setting up the apps for me. So glad that i went with them.. Hope you help more people to have the best home battery set up. Kind regards Rod.
The sales Mr. Ramon He is so nice & friendly From Other brand of sales man They have asked the photos of my site to find the place for battery installation spot and get me the estimated quote which is never end the quotation But this battery plant company is they came down to my site and explained how the battery work and give the final quotation what I expected And any inquires he is willing to response ASAP I can give 10 starts and very happy with this mand and company Thank you
I was cautious at first, but from the moment I got the quote and accepted, Battery Plant has been excellent. The install was smooth and Professional , and Certification was quick. I am very pleased with the result
I had a Ruixu 48kWh battery installed by Battery Plant, and due to an incorrect CT connection during installation, I incurred an additional electricity cost of around $400. I was the one who identified the CT connection issue myself. If I hadn’t noticed this, the electricity costs could have been significantly higher. Despite this, the company dismissed the issue as “small money” and not urgent, which I found unacceptable. The company has acknowledged that this issue was caused by their installation error. However, despite this, they have refused to compensate for the extra cost. Although they eventually came back and fixed the CT connection, they acted as if resolving the issue meant there was no longer any problem, disregarding the financial loss I had already incurred. As a result, I have now lodged a claim with VCAT. In addition to this, I was very disappointed with how this matter was handled. The staff member I dealt with, Mahendran, was particularly rude and unprofessional throughout the process, which made the situation even more frustrating. I would never recommend this company based on my experience.
