I asked many questions and he took the time to ensure that I understood. Their were no hidden costs and the process from initial enquiry to install was seamless. Rafiu from Advantage Solar gave me very competitive price [best of the 3 quotes I received in the 1hr search I did] and organised the Plumber and Electrician to install the Heat Pump on an urgent basis as we didn't have hot water. The installation was quick and we are happy with the product. I would recommend Rafiu to assist others if in search for a competitive Heat Pump water installations.

Bailey provided us with excellent service throughout our engagement with Advantage Solar - right from the initial enquiry through to preparing our proposal, answering our many many questions promptly, through to ensuring that our installation was to our satisfaction, the installing team were very professional, and dealing with our post installation queries. His polite and friendly manner was a pleasure to deal with and we cannot thank him enough. Harry and the team from Advantage Solar were absolutely incredible in helping us get the right solar package for our house. The communication throughout was fantastic and any questions we had along the way were answered ASAP. A massive shout out to Lucky and his team of sparkies too for doing an amazing job with the installation and keeping us updated through the install and helping configure the app on our phones, even after the job was done. Ryan from Velec and Brady from Carbon Savers had our new heat pump installed in next to no time, another great job!
